ShipIndia offers a platform to consolidate purchases from various online stores in India, store them in our warehouse, and ship them as a single package. This service aims to provide a cost-effective and convenient shipping solution for our users.
3. User Registration and Accounts
To use our Service, users must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from shipment through our Service:
Perishable food items, raw rice, sugar.
Chewing gum, chewing tobacco, imitation tobacco products.
Cigarette lighters shaped as weapons.
Controlled drugs, psychotropic substances, firecrackers.
Obscene materials, copyrighted publications, seditious materials.
Animal skins, items of exceptional value, dangerous goods.
Firearms, furs, ivory products, live animals.
Money, personal effects, plants, pornographic materials.
Seeds, tobacco products, and others as listed.
This list is not exhaustive, and users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver goods within 10 days from the time of payment. Our third-party last mile delivery service provider will cover insurance for their scope of work. ShipIndia will cover insurance from our India warehouse to the third-party provider's warehouse.
6. Payments
Payment for our services must be made via debit or credit card through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
7. Dispute Resolution and Returns
Disputes regarding damaged products should be reported to our customer support. We do not handle returns, but we will endeavor to resolve disputes regarding damaged products satisfactorily.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You agree that we may notify you of the updated Terms by posting them on the ShipIndia website and that your use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is as provided in ShipIndia’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
