Right now, we only send parcels via air. We are focused on smaller delivery sizes (below 30kg) with quicker turnaround.
You will be charged according to your destination address currency. If the shipment is to Malaysia, you will be charged in MYR. If it is to Singapore, you will be charged in SGD. There is no cheaper alternatives between both currencies.

Typically, it takes 7- 10 business days to your doorstep. This is from the time you have made the payment for shipping and our shipping team have processed it for shipment.

Personal shopper is a service provided by ShipIndia for free where you can send us the link and details of items you wish to purchase from any indian site. It does not have to be from the same site. You can paste the links and send to us. Our team will prepare an invoice for you to make payment for the items. Once paid, we will process the ordering on your behalf and ship it to our warehouse. After which you will be notified to make your shipping payment directly with us. It is like having a friend in India to shop for you!

Your insurance is calculated based on the value of your items you purchase. We have no access to your invoices. So you can enter a number more than $0. Your insurance will cost you 2% of your value. If your total value of your package is 100 SGD or 100 MYR, your insurance will be 2 SGD or 2 MYR respectively
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms like PayPal.

We will help you consolidate all your parcels when it arrives in our warehouse. You can shop from any Indian e-commerce sites, IG accounts, FB accounts and set the delivery address assigned to you. We will take it from there by keeping you updated about your shipments.
Yes, we will notify you when your package arrives at our warehouse. You may also book under 'expected deliveries' to inform us of the shipment before it arrives at our warehouse. This way you can let us know in advance to anticipate for your parcel delivery. We will still notify you even if you do not pre-book it. Ensure that in your delivery address, you have added your unique customer id so we can identify your parcel.
You can store it for up to 30 days free in our warehouse. You will be charged a nominal fee after the 30th day per item.

There are two ways you can track your package. 1)Log in to your Shipindia account on the website to track the status of your package. 2) Use our whatsapp chatbot <https://wa.me/6594454869> to check on the status of your package within whatsapp itself
We ensure your goods are safe throughout the shipment process. In the event where your goods are damaged, please contact us immediately via support and we will assist you in the claims process. Please note that this is also dependent on the value you declare your items. We will conduct an investigation on the damaged item and begin the compensation process after.
Sending your parcels in and out of a country requires customs paperwork and procedures. We will process your shipments, declare its weight, contents and value from India to your destination country. You do not have to pay for any additional charges. Sit back while we handle this part of the shipment for you.
The tax percentage is 18% of your declared value of your item. You can declare the value of your item on your own.
