Sign up using your email or Gmail account at <link>. Enter your active WhatsApp mobile number to verify your identity and receive shipment updates directly to your WhatsApp. You will receive an OTP on your WhatsApp. Please enter this OTP to complete the verification process
After you have successfully signed up, you will be prompted to enter your home address. Once you have entered your home address, you will receive your personalized India address that you can use when shopping on any site. We have also made it easy for you to copy this address whenever you need it.
You can use our service to ship items from any store or platform. Simply enter the address we have provided you and ensure that the store ships it out to that address. However, please note that certain items are considered controlled goods and may affect your shipment process. For more information click here
If you want to let us know when an item is about to be received at your locker in the shipIndia warehouse, you can fill in basic details such as the item type and tracking ID (if any). We will update you when we have received the package. However, this step is optional. Even if you skip this step, we will still receive the parcels and update you accordingly via WhatsApp.
After we have received your item, our team will weigh it. All you need to do is declare the value and contents. You can also add on additional services such as insurance or repacking.
You can repeat steps 3 to 5 for as many parcels as you want. Once you are satisfied, you can checkout via our platform and make payment. We will process the shipment and ensure that you receive it within one week.

When you type ‘hi’ you will have list of options. Click, ‘get my india address’. You can use this personalized India address when you shop on any sites. We also have made it easy for you to copy when you need it.
It doesn’t matter which store or platform you use. You can enter the address we have provided you and ensure the store ships it out to the address we have provided you. (Do make sure the items you are purchasing are not controlled items, as this will affect your shipment process. For more information click here

Fill in basic details on item type, tracking id if any when prompted. We will update you when we have received the package. You can even skip this step. Once we have received, our team will weigh your item and notify you accordingly. All you have to do is declare the value and contents. You may add on service like insurance or repacking.
You can repeat step 3 to5 for however many times you want for all your parcels. Once you are satisfied, you can checkout via our platform and make payment. We will process the shipment and ensure you receive it in 1 week.
